We, at Trans Water Systems, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges unless the product was:
- Damaged on arrival
- If a faulty piece was delivered
- Order error
- Received wrong product
For a smooth return process, please make sure to fill the returns form carefully, filling each and every detail correctly. Failure to do so may result in the product not being returned / exchanged.
Products once sold will not be taken back on any reason except manufacturing defects. When you buy our products/services, (If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.)
To request a refund for defective goods, simply contact us with your purchase details within 3 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund.
We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service.
Refunds will be processed within a period of 15 days.
